Heartland Soccer Club: NYSA Youth Refund/Credit Policy

The $3 processing fee charged by the vendor for the transaction is not collected by the league and is non-refundable. If you register your child 'late' (after Priority Registration has ended), the late fee is non-refundable.
 
Heartland Soccer Club: NYSA's primary sources of revenue is from registration fees. We do not receive any money from Metro and cover all of the expenses of the park/park maintenance, player/coaching services and equipment, etc. year-round. Our budget runs fairly tight in an effort to keep our registration fees as low as possible. We were extremely hit hard by COVID-19 shortfalls followed by a Spring 2021 flood. Like everyone, our fuel costs for mowing have soared. We do not have any employees so 100% of the fees go toward covering these expenses -- many incurred prior to the season start.  Click here to view a breakdown of expenses per each player registration.
 
At this time, we can only issue CREDITS for registration cancellations. Please refer to the dates and policy below for the FALL 2022 season to have a CREDIT issued to your account for use on a future season. No monetary refunds will be offered.
 
-Received on/before July 30, 2022: A credit of registration fee paid minus a $25 processing fee will be placed on your account.
 
-Received after July 30, 2022 but on/before August 13, 2022: A credit of registration fee paid minus $50 processing and cancellation fee. Unused uniform must also be returned by this date, or no credit will be made
 
-Refund credit requests received after August 13, 2022: No credit will be offered.*
 
*At the time of this registration the league is expected to be open and games able to be played as scheduled as we have for our Fall 2020, Spring and Fall 2021, and Spring 2022 seasons! Should this change due a government shutdown, every effort will be made to play games as soon as it is deemed safe to do so but may result in a shortened season per government regulations. Should the entire season be suspended, the Board will apply a partial credit on all accounts which may be used for a future season..
 
 All requests for credits must be submitted via email signed by a parent or guardian sent to info@nysa-soccer.org and sent from the parent email address used to register.
